The construction requirements are the same regardless of what term is used: Full Bust Adjustment on any fitted bodice pattern; structural support built into strapless and low-coverage designs; fabric testing on the actual body rather than a dress form; and accurate measurements taken in the appropriate undergarments. These are not special requirements for special bodies — they're the correct construction approach for any fitted garment on any full-busted figure.
